We must BE Happy to BE Healthy it is part of our well being. Have you ever known a really Un-Happy person that was Healthy? Even if you did their Health will suffer unless they find Happiness. Ever notice the words used In health like: stressed, depressed, insomnia, anxiety. It’s not pills we need, it is to find Happiness. In fact addiction is the #1 disease today. It is not street drugs but prescription drugs that is the most abused form. Say No To Pills And BE Happy * BE Happy * BE Happy… your Health and Well Being depend on it.

Find your Happiness and BE Happy.

We must BE Happy to BE Wealthy to BE Wealthy is not just a dollar amount it is the amount of Cash Flow, Net worth, Love, Happiness, Gratitude and Health that one is surrounded by that make us truly wealthy. Don’t believe it – say that’s hog wash, take away a Rich persons Health and no amount of money can save them.

Traditionally Thanks-Giving is a time to Give Thanks for the harvest and express overall Gratitude. Thanks-Giving is celebrated in Canada on the 2nd Monday in October and in the United States on the 4th Thursday in November. This is a call to Give Thanks.

What could one expect, honestly? “CHANGE”

When we focus on change we get change… kind of. What we get is misguided intention. So if our intention is placed on change, we will get change. Its just that it could be anything: in any size, in any color, in any shape, in any form… it is misguided intention. This is like setting a goal to be wealthy… well, what does that mean? How wealthy? What amount do you consider wealthy? Is it to acquire a million dollars in net worth? To BE wealthy by when? Is it next year or 80 years from now? If we truly want change, then our intention must BE focused on the desired outcome we seek.

Because “change requires doing different things different”. We must step out of our comfort zone, sometimes. Just like a new pair of jeans… they just don’t feel like our favorite pair, with the holes in the knees and the worn our seat. So many times people will say they want change and truly meant it, however it is much more comfortable to stay in the “same ole same ole” way of doing things… no matter how miserable it may be. That is because that is what we have become accustomed to. It is as comfortable as our favorite pair of jeans, even if they became covered in pine tar over time. If that is what we have accepted to wear, then that is what we have allowed ourselves to get comfortable with.

WE MUST BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS TO WHAT WE ALLOW OURSELVES TO GET COMFORTABLE WITH IN ALL ASPECTS OF LIFE.

Sometimes the changes are so subtle, we may accept a little discomfort here and little discomfort there and WHAM…the next thing we are…

Sometimes the answers can be a bit later, however more times then not, she will provide the answer. It is like going straight to the answer section in the back of those crossword puzzle books, go to the correct section and there is your answer.

So many times I do not even have to ask the questions, she already knows and “WOW”… there it is my insightful answer, just like that.

Gift Cards, the other funny money. If I were to give a store gift card, the recipient is limited to that store. They would then have the choice of spending less than the value on the card, or spend the value on the card and more. Guess what, they are counting on us to spend more money than the value on the card. It is kind of like the buffet mentality (we will tend to over eat in order to feel as if we have received a good value). So, if we are to give a store gift card… we are giving a gift which is encouraging the recipient to spend, spend, spend, money, money, money.

General purpose gift cards give more locations to spend, spend, spend, money, money, money. BUT it is going to cost. There are all kinds of fees that can be attached like: monthly administrative, lost or stolen, inactivity, close an account, balance inquiry, international fees, expiration, and the list goes on … that is not all, there are rules that apply and expirations 6 months to a year generally. Yes, you also have to pay to load the card. A standard rate on a $25 – $74.99 gift card is $4.95. So lets say you would like to give a loved one a $25 general purpose gift card. First it is going to cost you $25 + $4.95 = $29.99 (I wonder what they could have done with an extra $4.95). This is like giving a gift with all kinds of rules and hidden costs that is worth 17% less in value and encourages them to spend, spend, spend, money, money, money. Let’s not forget one can only…

Treat others how you would like to be treated.

Seriously, take notice of the people in your family, workplace, friends, new relationships,

and in Businesses.

How do they treat themselves?

How do they treat the people they have known the longest?

How do they treat their own family members?

How do they treat the environment?

How do they treat other living things?

How do they treat their fellow colleagues?

How do they treat others in the workplace?

How do they treat other customers?

How do they treat other employees?

How they treat others:

Is it consistent?

Is it respectful?

Is it with fairness?

Is it with forgiveness?

Is it with Love?

Is it with kindness?

Is it with encouragement?

Is it with tolerance?

Is it with integrity?

Is it with patience?

When we take notice to how others are being treated, we are actually taking notice to how we will be treated. If someone talks and gossips about others, rest assured they will be doing the same thing when we are not there. If they have a get even policy, at some point they will feel betrayed and the need to get even with us. If they are really sweet to others, till they get what they want “Beware.” If they lie to others, they will lie to us. If they are harsh to other living things, they will be harsh to us…

Yes, people can change.

It takes a strong internal desire, and it is a work in progress.

If they stand up for others when they are not present, they will do the same for us. If they are fair to others even when they are unaware, they will be fair to us even when we are unaware. When they have integrity with others, they will have integrity with us. When they praise others not in their presence, they will praise us even when we are not around. When they are accepting of others differences, they will be accepting of our differences …….YES, we are all DIFFERENT aren’t we? We don’t have to try to be different… “WE ARE”.

Are we really getting a second opinion? How often do we or someone we know receive a diagnosis and, of course, we ask “did you get a second opinion?” The response more times then not is… “of course.” Is it really… a second opinion? Did the second opinion come from someone that received their education from the same establishment as the first? Do both opinions receive incentives from xyz company? Do both opinions work within or for the same group? Today many companies appear to be independent, yet work under a larger group.

It is our responsibility to do the research, and make sure we receive the most accurate and best care. We receive a diagnosis from two different Medical Doctors. What about getting a third opinion from someone completely outside of the establishment, like: an Herbalist , an Acupuncturist and/or a Nutritionist. We may even do some of our own research and read some books on the matter. As we do, we must ascertain what is accurate and what is fluff. Does it have a proven track record and how long has this procedure been practiced… in what countries and what have been the results and risks?

You are polite, reasonable, dedicated, smart, loving, kind, a make it happen kind of person “BUT” ……. “BUT” Ouch!

Now lets try that again:

Feel the difference in the energy received. I am so conscious when using the word “BUT”. One can say the nicest of thing and finish with “BUT”……. and it is like nothing nice was said at all.

I would have had it completed on time “BUT”…….

I would love to have the energy you have “BUT” …….

I would exercise “BUT” …….

I could have done better “BUT”…….
